What is paleo?

Paleo is not just a diet, it is a framework for optimal human health. Paleo is providing the body with what it was designed for to not just survive- but to THRIVE. This includes properly sourced whole foods that don’t spoil. This includes proper sleep, social and lifestyle choices. This also may include some things that cavemen didn’t have access to, but the body will still process to be optimal!

Now now, this is NOT a historical reenactment! This is using science to interpret what the best nutrition for humans is. If your cells can’t process it, it isn’t food. If your environment confuses your body and sends improper signals, it needs to be changed.
